ROW M030 Struts

Hi all,
A few miles ago, I changed out my plain Jane Boxster suspension to a ROW M030 from Suncoast Parts. (That was documented https://forums.pelicanparts.com/boxster-cayman-forum/770751-blown-up-front-shock.html). Now, in 2019, Suncoast tells me struts cost more than the entire M030 kit, OK, I get it. Koni says there are no exclusions in their Euro catalog for the M030, so stock yellow Sport dampers will work. I recall the struts for the M030 were different physically from the stock 986 struts. Bilstein will not rebuild these either (they did rebuild my 911 struts in the past, but I guess that was special application).

Has anyone ever changed struts on an M030? I am trying to gather the correct info before I pull the suspension apart again.
TIA
Pat

I bought some M030 Bilsteins from our host. The Bilstein number is 22-113313. Supposedly these are for the M030 suspension, but I have been unable to verify that reliably. The replacement chart I have says these are for the -35 shocks, but it also says it fits a variety of Porsche Boxsters, presumably with and without the M0303 package. Also, these are valved a bit differently. I'll try them, and see what happens.

The Bilstein catalog shows that part number for standard suspension

I guess my point was that no one, Bilstein, Pelican, anyone who deals in shock absorbers, has any definitive information. I even spoke to Koni to see what they have. I have them mounted on the bearing carriers already.
So, if anyone has any first hand experience. I’d like to hear it. Thanks.
