Cabrioverdeck relay
The top relay has six ICs, two relays and various transistors, diodes and passive parts. No micro-controllers so it is a dumb relay.
HEF4000B is a 3 input NOR gate and inverter HEF4070B is a quad exclusive OR gate HEf40106B is a hex Schmitt trigger The IC hiding under the WIMA capacitor is a HEF40106B
