wind restrictor

I was given a 986 wind restrictor from a friend.It has no hardware with it, How can I use it?
Rubber molding?

You can buy the hardware kit to attach to the rollbar. Part # 986-561-323-00

Is there drilling involved? Iask because l cant use my drill hand problrm

There are three brackets to fit. The two upper brackets have two holes, but only one hole was predrilled in the roll bar in my 2004. You could probably leave it and get by with just one. The brackets are riveted in place, so you do need a pop riveter.

thanks, my pop riveter left with my Airstream, where it was well used Ive seen brackets for sale

I found the 2 latches, left and right. What else is needed ?

There is a third small bracket (middle one in the pic below) that must be attached to the bottom of the roll bar. The wind deflector base fits into it then clicks into the two latches at the top of the roll bar.
