'05 Tip engine rattle noise

I've noticed a rattle sound from the engine for a while and haven't been able to narrow it down. I thought, maybe timing chain. Or chain ramps. 2005 tip with 120k on it. I've seen many posts were this is reported on cold start but mine is all the time and can go quite for a few seconds then back to constant. Changes tone a little bit and its related to engine speed. Sounds a little like an old tractor from the Philippines. And is more on the passenger side. No one links to a video of sound so I thought I would record it. Here's the YT link:

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Update:

I removed the serp belt to see if the noise went away. Yes, it did. So, are we thinking Water pump? Coolant level is within range. All the pullies seam smooth and no extra play. Water pump "may" have a slight bit of forward/backward movement on the pully but hard to tell. Here's an updated video without the serp belt. Sorry, a little shakey. I just had minor back surgery and trying to twist around to record and on a sloped driveway.

Thanks!

Final Update:

I swapped out the water pump and the engine sounds like new. Quiet and smooth. I compared the old pump to the new (before install). New pump is silky smooth and silent when spinning the pully. Old pump is fairly smooth but sounds like there is no lube on the bearing. Like bearings rolling around on dry metal. The old pump had no leaks. All the posts I read for rattly noises was only on start-up. Mine was mostly consistent while driving, hot and cold. Hope this helps someone in the future.
