finally got back, one peoblem though!!!

well finally after two months i got the car back, and it feels good so far. I really didn't know how much i missed my car all this time, and i really love my car. I got this one problem that started two days ago. I was driving my car in residential area and i realized that the temp. needle was pointing close to the mark between 180 and 250. And then the temp. red light started flashing. I pulled off the road and let the car cool down, then i checked for any leaks, or any objects obstructing the air passages, and everything was fine. So i went ahead and turned the compartment fan on to help cool the engine down and the fan wasn't working either. My question is, does the boxster have one or two cooling fans, because all i hear is one when the engine gets hot. I am gonna take it back on monday to the place that fixed it for me, and we'll see what they say. If anyone has any suggestions let me know what i should do.

thanks, its nice being back...

Each front radiator has a fan. The engine compartment has 1 fan behind the vent on the passenger side.

A red flashing light means that you are low on coolant.

Just a note, a flashing red light can also mean a problem with
the engine compartment temp sensor or fan. May want to check that as well. Mike
