WTB -'02 Boxster Wheel Lock Adaptor Socket/Jack Handle
I just realized that I do not have the locking lug bolt socket adaptor for my '02 Boxster S. It doesn't look like you can buy it without buying four new lug bolts. Does anyone have an extra that they are willing to sell?
Also, I am missing the jack handle. If anyone has one, I am interested in that as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kevin B '87 951 '02 986 S '05 C240 '94 318iS |

I thought I read somewhere that there are several versions of the locking lug bolt made, thus, one wheel lock won't fit all others. Finding someone with the exact spare you need may be difficult.

Thanks Racer,
I confirmed what you have just said. I called the dealer and they told me they have a box of about 30 different variants of the special lug bolt lock sockets, and that I would have to bring the car in to match it up. $35 for the part. I am still looking for a jack handle if anyone has one for sale. I believe it is the same for 911's and Boxsters for that particular group of years. Glad I realized I didn't have these things now, and not while I'm on the side of the road somewhere with a flat . . . Thanks again. |
