I reused my oil plug sealing ring
I did my first 2000 boxster oil change today and had to reuse the oil plug sealing ring because I had a wrong replacement. Should I absolutely start over and replace it with a new one or perhaps re-torque it once a month until my next oil change? Thanks, Paul

I reused one a couple years ago and had zero problems. I change my oil about every 2500 miles (once a year).

You'll be fine, just keep an eye out for any drips.

If it's not leaking, don't worry about it.
