Minor issue - windshield washers

So the other day I went to clean my windshield, pulled back on the stalk and heard the pump run, but nothing came out. I figured I was out of fluid so when I got home I filled up the container, it did not take that much, not sure how big the container is. Next time I am out for a drive, I pull back on the stalk and still no fluid on the windshield. So my first thought is leak, broken line, etc. But there is no liquid under the car anywhere, could this fluid be going somewhere "hidden"?

if i have time this weekend I plan on tearing into the car to see if i can find the issue. Figured I would ask first and see if there are any common problems with the windshield washers/fluid.

Thanks

Mind did the same a few weeks ago. However, I parked on a decline close to my shop the next morning and the washer fluid flowed out by the tire. Took the fender liner out and placed the hose back on the res. I deducted that it just took the decline to allow the fluid to spill out. Otherwise, it would have simply stayed in the res without picking up(due to the disconnect).
I am yet to get the light washers to work and presume there is a disconnect with those as well. Just not a big enough deal to tackle it alone. Hope this gets you closer to a solution. If you find a hose has popped off, you might trim that section if you have enough and then place a clamp or zip tie to hold it.

Yep- common. Remove the left front fenderliner and you'll find the hose from the bottle to the flange in the fender will be popped off. Resecure with a ziptie acting like a hoseclamp

Thanks I appreciate the info...will take the liner off this weekend and re-secure the hose.
