2017 S shift cables
have been reading about the shift cables breaking on these cars.
i have about 35k on mine and thought i might replace them this winter. i have read about Numeric cables but they seem rather pricey. thought i might go with a new set of Porsche cables. question: are they improved from the originals? do they last? also thought while i was in there i might get the "shift right" kit to help with the play. Thanks |

Other members may chime in here, but I would suggest posing this question in our Boxster/Cayman spefici forum, 986 Forum - you'll likely get a lot of responses there. Hope this helps you out a bit.
