Removing conv top assembly

I have a broken triangular lever where the cylinder attaches near the bottom of the top mechanism I need to know how to remove the complete top frame w/the vinyl still attached to frame to replace it

Help please I have reviewed the tech article section and it does not go into top frame removal at all does anyone know the tricks to remove top frame with the fabric still attached? Thanks

Thanks this seems to be just what I have been looking for. My top can manually be up or down thanks again

FYI, there's lots of top assembly pieces used on _bay for reasonable prices
