Ever feel like WHEEL COMPANIES don't have Cayman/Boxster love?
Well we wondered why some of them have lost the love (manufactures) and so this year we have set out to bring in our very own wheel line and this being the first of three designs available for the Boxster & Cayman applications.
Our container has cleared customs and will arrive to our warehouse tomorrow!!! There are only 6-sets floating around in the USA right now which were tested a few months ago. Let us know what you think, if you are in or around the LA area and want to see what they look like on your car make an appointment for a test fitting. Thank you for your kind feedback.... NEW PHOTO ADDED (EDIT) ![]() PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TWO VEHICLES LISTED IN THE PHOTOS BELOW ARE NOT THE SAME CAR, ONE IS A BOXSTER SPYDER AND THE OTHER A CAYMAN.... I KNOW, THEY ALMOST LOOK LIKE THE SAME CAR!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Wheel Dynamics; 05-07-2012 at 07:56 AM.. |

That's just about exactly what I've been looking for. Do you have a price yet for the black set?

Good looking wheel.
I'm probably in the minority, but I wish somebody would make more options for 18" wheels or even 17" that fit over a Cayman S. I love the Fuchs-alike wheels out, but they start at 19". I have no interest in making my car even rougher riding here in the pot-hole riddled Midwest. I think a little more sidewall in the tire would help with that. Alas...

Where are they made? Are they cast or forged?
They look a lot like the Avant Garde/Ruger Chinese copies of HRE wheels.

We recieved our container last night and boy was it a long night...
![]() We are offering these wheels out at $1599, I am willing to work with a first few customers to offer FREE shipping in the USA for good quality high resolution photos that we can use for ads. Anyhow these wheels are being brought in exclusively and distributed by Wheel Dynamics. And yes they are a splitting image of the Avante Garde and VMR wheels but neigher of these suppliers has stepped up to make a wheel the right sizes for the Cayman Boxster customer in a rear 19x10. This is first of three lines we hope to intoduce this year, the next in production will be the RS-903 which is a 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 which we are currently in the developement in order to be our cross-application wheel from the early 911 SC, 944, 968, 928 up throgh the 996. We are estimating this wheel to be ready Late June early July, we will bring this wheel in three different options, black, silver or gun-metal center finish. ![]() |

808-Series wheels in this application are now designed to work using factory hardware kits.

I really like the brush face/black RW-5 on Roderick Wheels. If you guys could come up with something similar, but with OEM fitment for my car, I would be VERY interested! ![]() |

The major consideration for us developing a new wheel is that with each we need to manufacture at least 400-pieces in order for it to work for us. |

Your RS-903 is very reminiscent of the long-discontinued Kinesis K27/29, which is one of my favorite wheels. Do you have a price point in mind for a set of those in 18" for Boxster?

I really like the look of the RS 903 and the 808, but I don't think the 19'' would look good on my car. Reed |

We did bring in a few sets of the GT-Silver for the 808-Series wheels which I'm sure will go pretty fast. We thought it would be nice to offer out a few different color options.

![]() We must also consider how wide to go on these wheels, we were originally thinking a 5-split spoke but are not thinking of just a solid. We may go 11" wides in the begining or maybe even a cross application for 10.5 wides but we still need to work on the build. I hate to say this but I would say this wheel may not come till the end of the year. |

Where are they from? Cast, forged? Weight?
What sort of certifications do they hold? Thanks Bob

These wheels are LPC, low-pressure cast process, a design which is very common in the OE wheel industry. These particular wheels hold VIA and JWL certifications. These wheels have a front weight of 24.65 and 26.3 for the rear. Not bad weights for this set up at all!!! |

I'm interested, will they work with TPMS?
Cheers Bob James
