I have a '99 Boxster with the factory upgraded handling package and 205/50/17 front and 255/40/17 rear. I drive the car at HPDE events at Road ATL and Putnam, IN and want to buy a set of wheels with racing slicks just for the track. Do you think I will have any problems going up to a 225/35/R19 front and 265/30/R19 rear? Or should I only go up to 18"? Will I need spacers?

I would stick with 18 and try to match the tire outer circumference to what you currently have.
