My 2001 boxster showed the low coolant red light, then I filled the tank with 1 gallon of Porsche coolant and 1 gallon of water - car ran about 1000 miles 2 months time elapsed and now the low coolant light is back on. What should I do - do I fill in 3 gallons coolant + 3 gallons water? Or is this a slow leak?

Sounds like a slow leak. Can you pressure test the system and look for the leak. You may have a bad head gasket and are burning the coolant in combustion. Do you see signs of coolant leaking on the engine somewhere?
