Hi Nick, thanks for responding! With second remote system doesn't work either. Have replaced drivers door lock actuator which made no difference. Have checked system electronic board for corrosion under drivers seat. Thanks guys.

Sounds like the remotes need to be programmed. Try the methods below, if they do not work a trip to the dealer may be required.

Try this:
All doors closed, doors locked.
Unlock driver door with key.
Turn ignition ON.

If that doesn't do it:
All doors closed, doors locked.
Unlock driver door with key.


I want to note that the system is designed to go to sleep after a few days to avoid battery drain. The central locking module may have failed and permanently shut remote antenna function off.
