evap system problems with pix

Hi experts out there, it's been a while since I've had some issues.

2001 boxster s.

I've been having trouble filling the fuel tank hence i looked at the evapsystem under the passenger side wheel well (front) as suggested by Wayne in the tech site. Also, upon driving for a bit, the car fails to start, and the idling became odd. I cleaned the throttle body, no effect.

In that wheel well, I found two hoses that were disconnected, and not sure where they go, or if they are just vents. One disconnected hose is on the evap side of the wheel well, the other tube is toward the front of the car in the wheel well, toward the lights. Any thoughts how and if these hoses are to be connected? My carbon canister setup seems different than the one posted on Wayne's post. I've attached pix.

The first to pix (evap system) are laid out in sideways view, so you might have to rotate your computer. The second two pix are of the other tube in the front of the car that's also disconnected.

Dan
