How to pop rear trunk lid with a bad immibilizer

It's a 02 boxster base.

Immibilizer bad due to water damage.... Tried to fix it myself but no luck..

I am at a point where i have to take off the DME and send it along with the bad immibilizer and the key to get repaired....However i am not able to pop up the rear trunk.... When the first time the issue appeared.. i was able to pop the rear one but not the front one.... Now i cant pop either one... Any mechanical way to do it?
