I just replace the spark plugs and the starter for 1999 Porsche Boxster .after that ,I start the motor it's beginning running rough.smoke out from tail pipe . Please advise

Possible the crankcase breather has failed, coincidentally.

1. when you reconnected the spark plug leads, you switched some of them ?
2. when you replaced the starter motor, you disturbed something in the vacuum system.The little vacuum hoses become very brittle with age.
You can buy the correct replacement vacuum hose from Pelican here.
