I have a 2003 Boxster S. On three occasions, the engine has cut out when I am slowing to a stop. When I turn the key, nothing, no click click, just nothing. After waiting a couple of minutes, the car starts and rides fine.

Sounds like a bad connection at the battery or a cable is faulty. I would voltage drop test the battery connections and cables.
