Bilstein Struts

Bilstein ran out of HD front struts for my 1999 Boxster. it may be months before they become available again.

The only difference (as far as I know) between the HD and the Sport if the length of the shaft.

Can you use the Sport struts with the stock springs?

I would think so The shorter shaft is to keep the springs seated at full droop. . Topping out is seldom a problem and the shaft is only 1/2 in shorter anyway.
You could also consider m030 factory struts They are Bilsteins and I expect they are equal to the sports and available for either US or ROW spring lengths I don,t know prices but Suncoast should be able to get them
