Ok so I have a 2000 Boxster and am having a few window issues. The passenger side window works normally with the button but does not automatically roll up or roll down when you open/close the door. In addition, the driver side window does not work at all. When I try to use the button, you can here things moving in the door but the window will not move. You can push the window down but does not drop into the door or anything like that. Help is appreciated!

Sounds like the driver side regulator is faulty. I would replace it. Once replaced, initialize the windows, that should cure the passenger window issues.
