The LS swaps are poo. We have one we service built by Renegade. The drive axle geometry is terrible, they kill CV joints and wheel bearings, make too much heat and not sure if they have figured out the dash integration 100%.

An IMSB retrofit is worth about as much as a new clutch as far as resale goes, period. They cost about the same and have about the same replacement interval..

Every LSX swap into a modern Porsche that I've seen has some serious compromises. Inop A/C, tacked on gauges, warning lights, all of the usual compromises associated with trying to swap a totally different drivetrain into a modern car. The mechanical portion is the easy part, integrating with a modern fiber optic based OBDII vehicle network is the challenge. Fine for a track rat, not so much for a daily driver. Not to mention the minor detail of cost, for what I've heard thrown around for most LSX swaps you're knocking on 996TT dollars.
