Replaced Immobilizer.....No Start Issue
I had a wet damaged immobilizer on my 2002 Boxster with Triptonic. Sent the ECU, Immobilizer and Key to Specialized ECU Repair. Kudos for the prompt service. Having replaced my parts, I still have a no start condition. Started doesn't engage, windows don't work and central lock from the dash doesn't function. Everything else seems to work. Top, HVAC, mirrors, signals, audio, power seat, seat heat horn etc. Checked the C-3 fuse and its fine.

Take it to a shop that can verify the coding for your vehicle, and if any errors they can perform some diagnostics.
