My 2005 base radiator fans come on about a minute after starting the car with the engine cold and no aircon. The fans stay on until I turn the car off. I am assuming they are on their High setting because they are kind of loud. Would this be a relay issue or perhaps a bad sensor somewhere? Please point me in the right direction.

Could be a temp or pressure sensor issue. Can you check for fault codes?
