Hi, I've a '98 2.5 and relais are different from your pic. How I can recognize it?
2nd question: in wich direction should I rotate to extract it? Thank you

The relay should come out the same way. I would suggest you grab a repair manual, you should own one. It will have the procedure, special tools and torque specs.
