Thank you Nick and the pelican Staff for all the advice.
I actually removed the plugs, replace the old plugs and the car is running great again. Turns out it was a bad NEW plug in the number three cylinder that was the issue. Just to be safe I also swapped the ignition coils from one bank to the other to see if one of them were bad. All were fine.
