Hi I have 2001boxsterS which in losing coolant the coolant side is being pressuring from the combustion side forcing the coolant out of the expansion Tank in the boot could this be head gasket or something more serious thank Duc

I would pressure test the cooling system. If the system will not hold pressure and there are no external leaks the head gasket may be faulty.

Before panic sets in:
Try the coolant bottle for leaks first, they break all the time, filling the Trunk (not the boot)
with coolant.
If that part is o.k. then you can start to panic.

The head Gasket is the metal shim type which never fail, so more than likely that the problem is more serious. Try removing one spark plug at a time & listen while the engine is cranked over. If you engine has recently run hot, possibly due to a failed waterpump, there is a good chance you have a cracked head. Search internet for repair solutions.
