Bruce, "Investor Relations" will typically get you a live body where you can explain your situation and the need to deliver your feedback to the ceo. Ask politely to have a return call from the ceo's assistant. I wouldn't be surprised if you get hooked up in order to deliver your message. Investor relations staff usually sit in close proximity to the ceo's office.

If this has to do with Telus internet please let me know. I am having trouble with emails on Telus and I phoned their 1 800 number and the recorded announcement says they have issues....
