Question Cockpit temp sensor - Part No.??

Hi,
Anyone know what is the part number for the cockpit temp sensor, it is located between the sunvisors.

I know it works with the heater flaps and the hose to the heat-exchanger (somehow). The car has the blower motor and the dial to set the temp, this is between the seats.

Anyone has the wiring diagram for this by any chance???

Happy Canada Day!! yeeeeee-haaaaa (I'm in Calgary)

Thanks
-J

Update: Jul 13, 2003:
Here are the images:

This is where the temp sensor should be:

This is where the controls are, check there is just 1 red lever, then a dial contol, then (further down) the green control to turn on/off the blower:

911 659 105 01 is the part number for the sensor in a US/Can. car.(about$65 US) I am sure Euro would be the same. My guess is that is not your problem. Most common culprits are rusted flapper boxes; the sensors in the flapper boxes; or the control unit between the seats. Do you have a Bentley manual?? good luck, Max

Hi Max,
There is no temp sensor (check pic #1), so I guess I have to get this part before I can continue my pursit of having a comfy and warm car during winter.

Thanks for the part No. thou, I'll be ordering this part in the near future., I just have to keep looking for the diagrams and make sure everything is there and working.

Thanks!
-J

PET is an computer program that is basically an electronic parts book. there are about 8 pages in the factory manual pertaining to the electronic heater control. I will scan/send them to you this evening when i have some time. max
