This BMW 2002tii Is Rebuilt with an M3 Engine

To complete the build, Vintage Sports & Restoration in Bow, New Hampshire used parts from two BMW 2002tii cars. On the outside, the retro-sedan gets flared wheel arches that ape the beautiful BMW 2002tii Turbo. On the inside, the Ricaro seats at the front come from a BMW 320i while the rear seats come from a BMW 625CSi. Not just that but almost all of the underpinnings of the 2002tii have been upgraded to modern parts, for which the entire build history along with more photos is on the seller website.

The beauty of the restoration goes beyond its looks though. While the brakes have been upgraded to discs, and there’s a new carbon fibre airbox along with a new exhaust system, the main entertainer comes in as an upgraded engine from a E30 BMW M3, which has been further worked upon by the German tuner AC Schnitzer.
