belly pan is stock BMW item (only came on the 2001 "light" model), but shoudl be available direct from a dealer. check parts fiches at MAX BMW or realoem.com. no idea who makes/markets that eBay belly pan.
flames are painted on. guy named Russ (out of NYC area) did them- he works at most of the major bike rallies.
other pics are posted on bmwmoa.org, sport-touring.net, etc.

Hello, I saw a few pictures of your black R1100S and am thinking of adding graphics and new paint to my blue/gray '02 r1100s. Do you have any other pictures of your bike, and are the flames painted on? Where did you get your belly pan, and is it like this one:
