Sorry for the tardy reply. I don't log into Pelican often & I don't recall getting a notification that I had a message.

My 928 has an LT1 in it. I did it about 8 years ago. Its a 3 speed automatic so the conversion was very simple. I'm not sure how complex the LS1 conversion is but it shouldn't be much different.
I'll be more than happy to answer questions or have you stop by.

ROB MB, I noticed you have a nice red 928 with an LS1 in it... I also noice your in Michigan.. I am in the process of doing the exact same thing to my 85 928 and I live in Grand Rapids. If possible I would love to pick your brain some time on your project, even if I have to come down and visit for half a day and follow you around like a little kid asking questions over your sholder..

I have my mind set on this, I simply love the LS1 and the 928, so why not...
