    G'day Patrick,
Just wondering where you got your fikse wheels from. I'm after a lighter set of 17s for my Tarmac rally car( I have cup 2 Mille miglias ATM which are very heavy). My car is an early offset 951.
Any advice on where to get fikse or any other wheels in oz would be awesome.
    Cheers, Nathan

    Hi Mark

The road car or racecar? Both are interlinked. The racecar has taken more of the budget than I had planned and that means having to stop the red car at the Buchanan's for now. Progress on the racecar is pretty good. Into the home straight but still have at least a month until testing. I say that every month...the only difference being that I'm about $20k lighter each month!

Are you just putting together a nice road car or are you going to track the car? If the latter, then you need to form a plan and get lots of advice (if you haven't already). It will save you a lot of money, time, and heartache...believe me.

Thank you for the link. The lights look amazing but they will have to wait until I get a Vitesse MAF and injectors.

Where did you pick up your 924 Carrera GT Head Lights? I would like to buy a set to save on weight and look 100X better. Your car is beautiful. Thanks.

Hmm, well I'm not so versed on the n/a but exhaust, chips would be a start and there are different cam options too. The easiest way to make it go faster is also to lighten it, but I don't know what your intentions are with the car. Best to go to some of the 944 na sites. Sorry I can't help further.

saw the description of your car, awesome. Im a porsche newbie, just got a 944 88 NA 5speed manual, a couple months ago. What would be some relatively cheap performance upgrades you would consider in such a vehicle. I have access to Porsche experienced mechanics and have the service manuals too.
