    Ernie,
I made the flat lens' myself. All they are is some acrylic in the same thickness that I traced the lens diameter on and cut with a dremel routing attachment, then cleaned up the edges with some 800 grit and then steel wool (although the sanding and wool was really not necessary since the edge is so hidden) and then drilled a hole for the trip reset. As for the LED's, I got those from www.superbrightleds.com . The bulbs in the speedo and tach (5 total if you use the taped off hole in the speedo with a new socket) 4 of them will swap right over, you order the #74 bulbs for the speedo, tach, Oil pressure, clock, and climate control you will need 7 in all (8 if you choose to use the taped off hole in the speedo) then for the multi gauge you will need at least 2 of the B8 twist lock socket lamps, one for the fuel gauge and one for the water temp. You can get additional ones for the turn signal, high beam, op idiot lamp, and brake lamp but you will still need to keep the battery lamp stock. Once you have your guages out you will see just how simple this upgrade really is, the only part that could be remotely confusing is the orientation of the #74 bulb installation, it has to be installed one way, but if you put one in and then just test it until it lights up, then do the others EXACTLY the same you will not have any problems. A really easy and in my opinion worthwhile upgrade.

Can you post a pic of what you have in your kit. I have only resealed my existing water pump and reinstalled it. If you send a picture I might be able to see the parts you are talking about.
