TPMS control module R56 2012 Mini

Hello,
The title pretty much says it all - almost.
I have a defective module on my R56 (as per mechanic who wants to charge me $500 for a new one parts & labor).
I'd much rather buy a used one on eBay or used car parts biz, for a car of this age there is no need to spend $340 for a new one.
Which one of these is the correct one?

Where do I find the module on the car?
Does it need reprograming? I just changed the 4 TPMS valves.

Thank you so much for the help.
Claude

Highly recommend real OEM as a resource for you: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select

Do you have the last 7 of the vin? Cooper or Cooper S? You can input that info and get the exact part number. Here it is for a Cooper S and cheaper than where you're looking: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/36106868194BOE.htm?pn=36-10-6-868-194-BOE&bt=Y&fs=0&SVSVSI=6371
