N18 timing issues

Hello all, I have a 2012 Countryman S with a new timing kit and new fault codes after install. Still have the 2c58 & 2DA0 inlet cam codes. I did lose the 2D55 & 2D5A codes but have 3400 oil press & 348F MAP STAT shrt to GRN and 2D0C & 2D10 O2 codes. I've check both VANOS actrs w/ 9 volt batt they open & close & trash free. I did not replace IN or EX VANOS gears. I did replace IN cam sensor. I've reset internal timing twice, with cam & flywheel tools locking engine w/ pistons @ mid travel. 1rst time followed BMW revised instrs installed new tensioner, torqued IN & EX cams restored engine & ran terrible. got codes above. Last time I use the tensioner tool set @ .6NM R&R cam bolts restore engine-same results engine barely runs & runs very rich. Could I have timing off? bad VANSO? oil leaking past IN cam to IN VANOS cam gear by worn oring or bad VANOS? electrical plug? I can't let this thing beat me!!
