R52 header pipe glowing red
fresh installation of used engine is 2002 r52, starts and runs pretty smooth. hEADER PIPE IS GLOWING RED IN JUST A FEW MINUTES

You have a large vacuum leak somewhere. you need to find it before you have engine damage.
Check the usual suspects like the fuel pressure regulator hose, or the one to the evap. Did you do any other recent work to the car? if so tell us. and re check it.
