Unknown Clunck

Our 2006 Mini has a Clunck that's got us wondering
Occurs on up shifts when you let the clutch out.......mainly 2/3
Also.....occurs when driving......let off gas and get back on it and it's there
Does not sound metallic .......sort of sounds like a body panel flexing
The Clunck/noise is on the right front
Motor mount?
CV joint?
Not getting worse but something I would like to eliminate
Thoughts?????
