I am in South Africa and I have a mini cooper s R53 2003 power steering problem.... I would like to know if the is a recall for this problem in South Africa and who to contact for this problem.the plug that connects to the pump was bunt down and when we checked by connecting the pump directly to the battery it never worked, but the fan is working....

You will have to contact a local MINI dealer to see if it is covered under a recall.
