Removing bad fuel

Due to unforeseen circumstances my 05 Mini convertible sit 3 months with E10 in the tank and the gas degraded. I started it and it ran for 10 seconds then quit. Would you suggest replacing the fuel filter and siphoning the fuel out from this point? What is the recommended way of removing the fuel? I appreciate any advice you can give.
Many thanks

I think you should refer a local service station that changes oil. I have the same problems few months back in my BMW X5 and I have done the same thing. I went to a repair center and as for help to the mechanic over there. He do the rest of things. You can take the advice from experts for the same.
