Question on front suspension wobble

Hello pp.

I have a problem that has bugged me for a while. My mini has a wobble that is mainly felt through the car and slightly through the steering wheel. When driving straight on smooth road there is a slight wobble and noise from slow speed increasing with road speed. However the wobble vibration becomes much more pronounced when turning at speed either left or right.

The wobble vibration is there even if the clutch is engaged and the car is coasting. It seems no worse or better under acceleration or breaking.

I've rotated the tyres diagonally, replaced the disc rotors and pads (they were worn anyway) and had the lower control arm joints replaced as I was sure that was the problem. Unfortunately the problem is still there.

With the car jacked up there appears to be no play at 12/6 or 3/9 o'clock on the front or rear wheels, nore can you push the wheels in or out. It all appears solid.
There is a very slight "swish" noise when you rotate the passenger wheel.

I'm thinking it's wheel bearings but I want to be sure it's not a drive shaft issue what eel can I check?
Thanks
