Pelican MINI (or Mini) owners stand up and be counted

Just curious how many people here have these little cars. I've had my 2010 Chili Red 'justacooper' since October.

I'm currently in the process of developing the MINI Cooper catalog and content here at Pelican. Expect to see an online catalog in keeping with the Porsche and BMW side of things.

Soon to be released is a 101 projects book on the MINI Cooper along with several detailed technical articles.

Keep in mind that Pelican can supply you with any part for the MINI. Just enter the part number into the 'Search' field at the top left of the page.

Here's pic from a project i just finished up yesterday on fitting hood stripes.

Well the 101 projects for your 911 was helpfull so I guess I'll buy the MINI one too. I notice your project car is an older model; will the book cover all models or just the older one?

OK.....I'll play. since I got my MINI S in Sep 08 the Porsche has been spending much of it s time in the garage , but if you have a MINI you fully understand.
Here is a few pics from a afternoon drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Just found the MINI section of the forum. Been a member of Pelican largely because of my brother's love for everything Porsche and an old BMW 2002 that I used to own.

Anyway, Howdy!

My first MINI was a fairly modified 2003 S. The car below is my second MINI.

2009 John Cooper Works Clubman
Modifications include:
Carbon Fiber Hood Scoop
Clubman roof spoiler
Black Jack scuttles
JCW black grill surround
Alta stubby antenna
GMG No Holes Plate
Blacked out belt line
SNDRSKG plate
Black Jack license frame
Tinted windows
Forge Front Mount Intercooler
ALTA BOV Spring Upgrade
ALTA Access Port - Stage 1
John Cooper Work Kit Conical Intake
Madness JCW Intake Filter
NM Torque Arm Insert
ALTA 22mm Rear Sway Bar
ALTA Rear End Links
Continental Extreme Contact DWS - 215/45-17 on 17" (Winter Wheels)
John Cooper Works R105 18" summer wheels with 5mm spacers to clear the BBK on Hankook V12s.

As it sits the car is putting down 205hp/235tq at the wheels.

Next upgrade is to a set of coil overs that have been on back order for months.

Todd
