Hi i have a n12 engine, will not start, have fuel and spark? Will run up on easy start but wont even idle

If the engine has fuel and spark but will not start, it has to be lacking compression. Check engine compression and timing.

If it's running on ether, that tells me that the fuel isn't getting into the combustion chambers. When you say "has fuel", do you mean in the tank or getting sprayed by the injectors?

If the latter, it isn't getting enough fuel somehow.
