I just replaced the ps pump on my 2002 mini S. The pump does not seem to be working. I am certain I put everything back together properly and I bled the pump to get air out. The only thing I can think of besides bad pump is that the large plug on top of the pump wasn't pushed all the way in as it was a fairly difficult spot to get any leverage.

What are your thoughts?

The connector is a good place to start. The seal on the connector may be swollen, stopping the connector from seating.
