Extra connector after engine rebuild

I had to replace the pistons in a 2007 R56. Done with the job with the exception that I have an extra connector and I can't figure out where it should go. I included a few photos. The wire is located under the intake manifold in the area below the starter. There is a joint under there with a black connector on the left, and a brown one on the right. I can't figure out where the other end of the brown should attach to. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Ed

It's really hard to tell from your images. Sometimes the starter has more than one small wire on it, but I can't tell from your pictures. I'd probably recommend to try and start it and see if a fault sets or something doesn't work. Then, you will have an idea as to what they might be too.
