Im having issues removing the splash guard to check the master cylinder. The bolts are slightly rusty, but when I try to turn they just spin and do not remove?

Any idea's?

Try grabbing the back side with needle-nose vise grips. If you can't, you will have to break it and replace the parts. Give our parts specialists a call at 1-888-280-7799. They can figure out what part or repair kit you need.
