I have checked spark and fuel system all is in order. another thing is that when the car is running and I switch off the engine it can start immediately on the turn. but once I switch off for more than 5 minutes then it will not start on the 1st turn only after the 3rd turn does it start. don't have any error codes. how do I check fuel injector pulse?

if spark and fuel are present, it has to engine mechanical, timing / compression.
