03 mini S charging problem

I have a battery draw on my car. Tried to find it. I had the amp meter hooked on ground cable and batt. with clamp. Kids bumped clamp and it fell over and connected to Pos. post. Now it still starts runs etc, but the tach cluster doesn't work it won't charge and the power steering won't work. I replaced alt. with new one, still won't charge. Had old Alt. checked OK, so that's not it. Checked all fuses, all OK. Thought about ECM but it runs and most things work. Thought about BCM but A/C and all other related items seem to work. I looked at 200MA fuse in Batt. box and it seems to be good. There is a B+ wire in there, it seems good, but what function does it play? I need some help here I'm swimming in unfamiliar waters.
