Hello, I have a 2006 R53 Cooper S and have an odd fueling issue. If the tank is less than half full, hard left turns result in a loss of fuel pressure that lasts a couple of seconds after the turn is made. No other driving conditions have made the symptoms occur, and a relatively full tank is fine. Any ideas?

Could be an issue with the siphon not transferring fuel fast enough or a weak fuel pump. I would perform a fuel delivery system test. Check fuel pressure, volume and quality. This can rule out the pump.

Also, check your fuel filter. Not saying it's your issue, but it's a good thing to inspect/replace when needed. Fueling items if needed: PelicanParts.com - 2006 Mini Cooper S Hatchback - Fuel & Intake.
