Ive been told I need to replace the Vaulve cover because of high pressure inside the crank case. Is there a way to clean the crank case filter.

You can try to run some cleaner through the PCV ports but I think ultimately you'll need the new valve cover sooner or later.

If the valve cover is cracked or the PCV is working incorrectly you need to replace the valve cover. MINI updated it and depending on if yours has ever been replaced, here is the updated version: Mini Cooper, Cooper S, and Clubman (R55/R56/R57) - Cylinder Head & Valvetrain - Page 1
