I already installed the water pump pulley and the friction wheel new. But I noticed that this morning the pulley wasn't rolling!! I released the tensioner of the friction wheel and set it back. It rolled again. This the second time to happen when the car is cold. Is it normal until the car becomes hot. Or something wrong?

Might need to look at the tensioner, that is probably not normal...
